3、Product Characteristics

This is a copper Alloy Casting using melt mold precision casting, the material grade is ZCuSn10P1, the chemical composition and mechanical properties of GB/T 1176;tensile strength R≥220MPa,Yielding strength Rp0.2≥130MPa,Elongation rate  A≥3%，Brinell hardness≥80HBW；It meets the requirements of GB/T 30512 and CE RoHs2.0 regulatory directives. We have experience in producing this type of material and it is a regular material for us;

The product specification is φ128mmx16.5,weight 1.43kg, and the flatness of both sides is 0.5mm;

Surface quality requirements: the casting surface does not allow the presence of cracks, pores, inclusions are not allowed to be greater than 0.5mm ²;

After machining (cutting about 1mm) does not allow any loose holes larger than 1mm².

Since we supply in the rough state, the detectability of defects after machining is very low, so this poses a big challenge for our process control;
